Sarcoma
Sarcoma is a type of cancer that begins in bone, cartilage, fat, muscle, blood vessels, or other connective or supportive tissue. Based on the type of soft tissue from which they arise, sarcomas are given different names such as osteosarcoma when arising from bone, chondrosarcoma when arising from cartilage and leiomyosarcoma when arising from smooth muscle.
