Making a donation on someone's behalf is an original and thoughtful way to offer your congratulations, thanks or best wishes. Whether it is to celebrate a birthday, graduation or birth, the Cancer Research Society (CRS) sends the recipient a personalized card on your behalf announcing your donation, without disclosing the amount. It is possible to personalize the message in the card.
 

These donations may take many different forms and may be delivered in a variety of ways. You may make your donation via telephone or by downloading the attached form and sending it directly to the CRS by mail, fax, or in person.

A tax receipt is sent for any donation of $20 or more, or upon request.
