Reporting obligations for all specific initiatives listed above

Financial reporting:
A yearly financial report for all Cancer Research Society (CRS) funding must be submitted to the CRS by November 30 (for the previous funding period of September 1 to August 31), or quarterly installments could be withheld. Please advise your financial officer and visit the “Are you a grant administrator?” section to download the appropriate form.  Consult the application form specific to your funding for financial rules.

For the GRePEC program, an annual financial report must be submitted to the CRS. The project manager will be given clear instructions in this regard by the CRS.

Progress report:
A progress report is required annually in order to follow the status of research projects. The progress report must be submitted to the Cancer Research Society by November 30 (for the previous funding period of September 1 to August 31). For the GRePEC program, an annual scientific progress report must be submitted to the CRS. The project manager will be given clear instructions in this regard by the CRS.

Researcher Profile:
Individual profile pages on our website are created for each of our funded researchers. This researcher profile document should be filled out and returned to the CRS upon approval for funding. Click on the link to your right to download the interactive Profile Form.
