Climbers rigorously trained for nearly a year to ensure that they could complete their trek up the Mera Peak. Their goal: to increase awareness of the daily challenges faced by people battling cancer, be they loved ones, friends or colleagues, while illustrating how solidarity can play a major role in fighting cancer and conquering the highest summits.
